1. How do I log into the system?
Go to the login page and enter your registered username and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
2. How can I send SMS messages?
Once logged in, navigate to the Send SMS section. You can compose your message, select recipients (individual, group, or all), and click Send.
3. I entered wrong data — how can I correct it?
If you made an error while entering data, go to the Records page and click the Edit button beside the entry you want to fix.
4. Why am I not receiving messages?
- Check your phone’s network connection.
- Ensure your contact number is correct and active.
- Confirm that your message quota or subscription is active.
